From there, you will move on to discover the amazing French Polynesia. Papeete, Moorea and Bora Bora await you, with their white sandy beaches and crystal clear turquoise blue waters. Paradise exists and you are very close to reaching it.

Itinerary

On this honeymoon you will literally cross the world to see incredible places. We assure you it will be worth it. We also offer you the possibility of combining New Zealand with other options such as Fiji, Cook Islands, Australia or Bali, please contact us!

Days 1 and 2 / Origin - Auckland
Your long-awaited honeymoon begins. Departure from the point of origin with overnight stay on board the plane.
Day 3 / Auckland
Arrival in Auckland, where you will be met by your guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day will be free while the rest of the group arrives.
Day 4 / Auckland
Start the day with a visit to the west coast, particularly the Muriwai Regional Park and its distinctive black sand coastline. This beach is popular for surfing and is home to a regular colony of gannets, birds that expand their wings to over a metre in length. The visit continues to the Auckland Museum with its interesting collection of Maori and Polynesian art and relics. From there, a visit to the Parnell Quarter, one of Auckland’s oldest neighbourhoods, and then on to Mission Bay. You will then head back to the city centre to visit first the Auckland Viaduct and then the 328-metre high Sky Tower. From there you will be able to admire a unique view of the city and its two bays: Waitemata and Manukau.
Day 5 / Auckland - Hobbiton - Te Puia - Rotorua
Depart for a magical journey through Middle-earth to The Hobbit Shire, where the fascinating Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies were filmed. The journey begins south of Auckland through the Bombay Hills, through the rich agricultural region of Waikato. You will pass through the historic city of Cambridge where its style adds to the English ambience. Pass through rolling green pastures approaching the shire of Hobbiton. First stop, Shire’s Rest where the Hobbiton Movie Set tour begins. This site is set within one of the most spectacular locations in the region, and is the only place in the world where you can experience a real movie set first hand. You will witness 37 hobbit holes, the double arch bridge, the feast tree and a visit to the Green Dragon Inn. In this magical place you will be able to take a photograph at the very door of Bilbo Baggins’ house, from where you can see the entire film set in the hills. After this tour, you will head to the Hobbiton marquee for a delicious buffet lunch. After this time, the route continues to Rotorua where you will be transferred to your hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit Te Puia (formerly Whakarewarewa), the Maori Thermal Reserve and Cultural Centre at the New Zealand National Institute of Arts and Crafts, home to a prestigious woodcarving school. In this reserve you will be able to see various boiling silica and mud deposits and you will have a tour of the geysers that are part of the reserve. This will be followed by a traditional welcome and a demonstration of Maori dances and songs. Finally, there will be a typical Maori cultural dinner.
Day 6 / Rotorua - Waitomo - Auckland
In the morning, visit to the Waimangu thermal reserve, an extensive valley with abundant geothermal activity, where you will be able to see the effect of the eruption of Mount Tarawera in 1886. Afterwards, return to Auckland via Waitomo to visit the famous Glow Worm Caves.
Day 7 / Auckland - Papeete - Moorea
At the agreed time, transfer to the airport for the flight to French Polynesia. Are you looking forward to it? Please note that the change of meridian will mean one day less.

Arrival and special welcome with flower necklace to French Polynesia. You will spend the night in Papette and, the next day, transfer to the port to take the catamaran to Moorea, “the magic island”, a lush garden on a perfect lagoon cut out by majestic bays, Cook Bay and Opunohu Bay. Its leafy relief contrasts with the blue clarity of the lagoon. Its white sandy beaches, the diversity of its coral reefs and the richness of its marine fauna make Moorea a privileged destination.
Days 8 and 9 / Moorea
Breakfast. Free day to visit the island, with its volcanic mountains covered by the velvety green of coconut trees, palm trees and pineapple plantations, or enjoy its splendid beaches and all its activities.

Optional activities include an excursion to Belvedere and mountain safari in 4×4, Polynesian show and dinner at the Tiki Village, or Motu Picnic and Lagoon Safari Tour (snorkelling and manta ray feeding).
Day 10 / Moorea - Bora Bora
After breakfast, departure by flight to Bora Bora, “the Pearl of Polynesia”, a volcanic island located in one of the most beautiful lagoons in the world, with crystal-clear waters and numerous paradisiacal islets (motus). Its proud silhouette is sculpted by the peaks of its three mountains, the highest of which is Otemanu (727 m). Bora Bora is an island that seduces and leaves no one indifferent.
Days 11 and 12 / Bora Bora
Free days to visit the island, go on catamaran trips with a picnic on a motu, pet the giant manta rays and admire the myriad of multicoloured fish.

As optional activities, we propose a 4×4 Jeep safari in the interior of the island or a half or full day excursion to the lagoonarium (experiences of swimming with manta rays, sharks and snorkelling in the coral garden).
Day 13 / Bora Bora - Papeete
Free day in Bora Bora until the transfer to the airport to go to Papeete, capital of Tahiti, “the island of light”. Don’t miss the market, you will enjoy the local colours and flavours.
Day 14 / Papeete - Auckland
Free day in Papeete until scheduled time to return to Auckland. Overnight on board the plane.
Day 15 / Auckland
Arrival in Auckland and rest of the day free for last visits or shopping. Enjoy it very much, because this is coming to an end.
Days 16 and 17 / Auckland - Origin
We hope this honeymoon was magical. You will come back with a great taste in your mouth.

Happy return!
